Does this Appeal to you?

After a long time I've finally updated the Appeal Project wiki site. I've changed color scheme to make the whole thing more pleasant to see and changed a bit the logo image.
The other good thing is that now it works with Opera on Linux, Mac and Windows, Opera 8.x for instance. It still looking horrible in IE6 but listen, listen: it works great with IE7-beta2. Hopefully most IE users will automatically switch to IE7 when it will be released.
So I'm happy now, the site is working with at least all last version of all major browsers.
p.s. There are a few problems with mainpage name and his link in the navigation sidebar. Will try to find somebody to fix that soon.

There are ways around the Genuine Advantage check if you want to try the IE 7 beta, but I'll leave that for you to figure out.

And the design is nice; I do like the blue :)

Oh, on second thought, I don't like the orange. It's a bit confusing that wiki links are orange and external are blue. Oh and orange is so bright! But other than that, awesome.

As for viewing the page in MSIE, please consider the rule
html,body { height: 100%; }

this should solve a lot of the problems with the footer bar.

I'll try to fix the problems with IE soon or later. But, I spent a lot of time making icon-king.com and oxygen-icons.org working somehow with IE6 and now icon-king.com doesn't work correctly with IE7beta2, that's really odd :(

canllaith: hopefully this piracy policy will bring more users to better browsers like Firefox and who know, Konqueror on Windows.

First, I have nothing against the blue color.

Second, I find the main text has not enough contrast for my taste, or maybe for my current sight power... maybe it's still too early in the morning...

very nice and even though i think it looked good old and new version. Just one thing, you want to find out how the relation between xgl and compiz will change the "coolness" section as bascially I would expect within a few months that plugins will be developed for it to be used throguhout.

Anyway internet explorer "sucks", it has been terrible and possibly add code if it detects internet explorer bring up a warning that is rubbish.(Joke)

Try to fix the site for IE6. Appeal is a high profile project that journalists might be interested in. But they might not be too impressed if they use IE6 at work to view the site.

Site looks good in Opera though!
